Interaction Sketch

Impressions of movement that utilize an actuator are easily affected by the performance of their parts, the properties of their materials, and the programming of the movement itself. And actual experiences will often significantly differ from those conceived in theory. “Interaction Sketch” is a collection of prototypes made for me to learn the key points of actuator movement. The creation of each prototype was carried out over the span of 1-3 days, and places emphasis on quantity rather than accuracy. Through the “Interaction Sketch” exhibition, it was possible to feel movement’s potential to attract people, surprise them, or cause them to have an attachment.
